A hands-on ten-week culinary series, open to the general public. Learn practical cooking and kitchen skills through structured, beginner-friendly classes taught in a working commercial kitchen.

The series

Classes are small on purpose, six participants at a time, so everyone gets hands on the equipment. No prior experience is needed, and every class is taught in the same commercial kitchen our own teams work in.

How to register.

Six steps. You can pay directly, or register while third-party funding is still pending.

  1. Register through this page.
  2. Select a class time.
  3. Choose private payment, or “third-party funding pending.”
  4. Provide dietary and accommodation information.
  5. Accept the attendance and cancellation policies.
  6. Pay RSA Management Group directly, or provide an FI authorization.
A note on third-party reimbursement.
Participants seeking third-party reimbursement, including OPWDD Self-Direction, must obtain advance approval from their Support Broker and Fiscal Intermediary before the class date. Approval and reimbursement are not guaranteed by RSA Management Group.
